Sally Dunne teaches Yoga for Pregnancy, Chair Yoga and Hatha Yoga. She has a special interest is adapting the benefits of yoga for people recovering from injury or surgery. Her classes include yoga poses, tailored to suit individuals’ needs, breath-work and deep relaxation. Sally is also a qualified acupuncturist, Chinese herbalist and shiatsu practitioner. In her own yoga practice, Sally has found an enjoyable and ever expanding road to personal fitness and equilibrium. Yoga is a way to feel strong, supple and alive!
